Our Recent Performance


Leasing
Averaged more than 500,000 square feet in leases annually over the past five years. Leasing of vacancies and new space coming on line is projected to be between 350,000 to 450,00 square feet in 2008. We also projecting sales of 11 outlot parcels.

Management
Our Management Department currently manages 3.6 million square feet. Based on 2008 Development projections, the Management Department will add 100,000 square feet of commercial retail space and self-storage sites.

Development & Acquisition
Construction of our Plainfield Village, Plainfield, Indiana; Raceway Crossing, Indianapolis, Indiana and Fleming Island Shoppes in Jacksonville, Florida, was completed in 2007. Additional self-storage and retail sites are under review with two new sites expected to go under contract by mid-Summer 2008.

Sales
Averaged more that $5 million annually in sales for the past five years. This includes brokerage, the sale of shopping centers, and restaurant sites.

Construction
2006 saw the completion of the $2.5 million renovation and new construction for Castleview Baptist Church, as well as some work for Second Baptist Church and Northview Christian Life. On the retail side, we completed Fall 2006 the $4.6 million Greenwood Place Retail Center face-lift. Other 2007 retail projects include The Shoppes at 141st Street Retail Center, Plainfield Village (Plainfield, IN), Raceway Crossing (Indianapolis, IN), and Fleming Island (Jacksonville, FL) Retail Centers, as well as NAPA and CVS stores. For 2008 S&B is projecting $40 million in construction volume and increasing our number of religious facility projects.

Self Storage
Located in Jacksonville, Fort Myers and Naples, Florida, our self storage business continues to flourish. Highlighted numerous times in self storage industry national publications, Storage Now magazine and Mini-storage Messenger for award winning design, customer service and overall management style. During 2008 we will actively pursue additional self storage development opportunities.
