Meet Jim Shields, Director of Operations:

Jim Shields has been with The Broadbent Company since 1995. Prior to joining The Broadbent Company, Jim was sole proprietor of a successful landscape business. Beginning his career as Field Maintenance Supervisor, Jim's initiative and team-building skills supported his progression to Assistant Property Manager to Regional Property Manager, then to his current position as Director of Operations.

Jim was instrumental in the development and now management of All Property Services, as well as the management of Capitol Self Storage. He assists with the development of operating budgets and marketing plans, and oversees the overall operation of these companies.
